-SHIPPING INFORMATION-

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 5-7 days from the date that is is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it is ordered. Processing usually takes 2 days, sometimes three. This is only an estimate and does not include Holidays or Weekends. 

• Standard Shipping is 7.95 which is usally 3-7 days and Express shipping is 2-3 days from the day it is shipped. Overnight shipping is not available at this time.
• ALL custom orders take from 2-4 weeks to be completed. Please order in advance, once order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

-EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY-

WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS, unless it is authorized by management for a special case. All items that are being exchanged must be returned within 3 days of the day you received the item in perfect condition. Item cannot be washed or worn with any defects and tags must be attached.

• Bodysuits, Accessories. Lingerie and Swimwear CANNOT be exchanged due to sanitary purposes.
